Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and LVP88. They apply together with the LVP88 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling policy, promotion-specific conditions, game rules, and any operational notices displayed on the platform. If a promotion has additional rules, those rules apply to that promotion. If there is a direct conflict, the more specific condition will govern the relevant activity.

You must stop using LVP88 if you do not accept this agreement. Continued access after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Definitions

For this agreement, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:

• Account means the personal LVP88 profile registered and verified in your name.
• Bonus Funds means promotional credit that may be subject to wagering, game contribution, expiry, and withdrawal conditions.
• Cash Balance means cleared funds that are not restricted by an active bonus, subject to verification and withdrawal checks.
• KYC means identity, age, address, source-of-funds, and payment ownership checks performed for security and compliance purposes.
• Wager means a casino stake, live casino stake, sports bet, or other permitted gaming transaction accepted by LVP88.

Account Eligibility and Age Requirement

You may register with LVP88 only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and are permitted to gamble under the laws applicable to you. LVP88 does not claim to be regulated by the Malaysian Government. Malaysian users are individually responsible for understanding the legal position relevant to online gambling in their location.

You must not access LVP88 from a restricted jurisdiction, use the services on behalf of another person, or allow a minor to access your account. Employees, contractors, game suppliers, and persons with access to non-public betting information may be restricted from participating in relevant products.

Registration and Account Security

You may hold only one LVP88 account. Registration details must be complete, current, and accurate. Your registered name must match your official identification and the holder name on any Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, card, or other payment account used.

You are responsible for protecting your password, one-time passwords, devices, and account recovery details. You must notify LVP88 support promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. LVP88 may treat activity completed through valid credentials as authorised until we receive and process a security report. Selling, transferring, sharing, or pledging an LVP88 account is prohibited.

Identity Verification and Compliance

LVP88 may request a MyKad, passport, proof of address, payment statement, selfie verification, or evidence concerning the source of funds or source of wealth. Documents must be genuine, legible, current, and belong to the registered player. LVP88 may use reasonable electronic verification methods and may repeat checks when account activity, payment patterns, or regulatory obligations require it.

Withdrawals may remain pending until verification is complete. Refusal to provide reasonably requested information may result in limits, suspension, rejection of a transaction, or account closure. These controls help LVP88 prevent fraud, payment abuse, money laundering, identity misuse, and access by underage persons.

Deposits and Payment Methods

LVP88 may offer deposits through FPX, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, supported cards, and selected cryptocurrencies. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, processing times, and fees may vary by account, provider, network conditions, and maintenance windows.

Deposits must be made for genuine gaming activity. LVP88 is not a bank, payment remittance service, cryptocurrency exchange, or storage wallet. Depositing merely to transfer or immediately withdraw funds is prohibited. Third-party payments may be rejected and returned to the originating source where possible. A payment shown as “instant” may still be delayed by bank maintenance, security reviews, incorrect references, or network congestion.

Withdrawals

A player may request withdrawal of an eligible cash balance after satisfying KYC, security, payment ownership, and applicable wagering checks. LVP88 will ordinarily return funds through the original deposit route or another verified method in the same name. Processing estimates are indicative rather than guaranteed.

Before approving a withdrawal, LVP88 may review gameplay, bonus usage, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, unusual betting patterns, recipient information, and account standing. Incorrect bank or e-wallet details may cause rejection or delay. Bank transfers may take longer than DuitNow or e-wallet payouts, particularly outside normal processing periods or during Malaysian public holidays.

Casino Games and Sports Betting

A wager becomes valid only when accepted and recorded by LVP88. Players must review stake, market, selection, odds, and potential return before confirmation. This applies to slots, live casino games, table games, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, EPL markets, UFC events, and every other available product.

Obvious pricing errors, incorrect event information, duplicate settlements, technical faults, interrupted live feeds, or supplier errors do not create an entitlement to an unintended payment. LVP88 may void or correct affected wagers using the accurate market information and applicable game or betting rules. Results are settled using the official outcome recognised by the relevant data provider or governing body.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering

LVP88 bonuses are optional promotional offers. Each offer may include minimum deposits, qualifying games, odds requirements, turnover requirements, game contribution rates, maximum stakes, expiry periods, and maximum conversion or withdrawal limits. Players must review the specific conditions before opting in.

Bonus abuse is prohibited. Examples include opening duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering, opposite betting, risk-free betting patterns, delaying game rounds, manipulating game features, or using a promotion contrary to its stated purpose. LVP88 may remove bonus funds, void bonus-derived winnings, exclude an account from future offers, or close an account where a reasonable review establishes abuse.

Prohibited Conduct

When using LVP88, you must not:

• use false information, altered documents, stolen payment instruments, or an account belonging to another person;
• collude with other players, exploit software defects, use prohibited automation, or interfere with platform security;
• attempt chargeback fraud, payment reversal abuse, money laundering, or concealment of the true source of funds;
• harass support staff, publish confidential security information, or use LVP88 for unlawful activity;
• use a virtual location or other tool to circumvent a lawful geographic restriction; or
• create more than one LVP88 account to obtain additional bonuses or avoid account controls.

Responsible Gambling

LVP88 is intended solely for adult entertainment. Gambling outcomes are uncertain, and no stake or strategy guarantees profit. You should set a personal entertainment budget, avoid chasing losses, take regular breaks, and never gamble with money required for rent, food, education, medical care, loan payments, or family commitments.

Suspension and Account Closure

You may ask LVP88 support to close your account, subject to settlement of pending transactions and any legal retention requirements. LVP88 may restrict, suspend, or close an account where required for security, verification, responsible gambling, suspected prohibited conduct, legal compliance, or material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Where reasonably permitted, legitimate cleared funds will be returned after deductions for valid unsettled wagers, payment reversals, duplicate credits, or sums obtained through proven fraud or abuse. Closing an account does not remove obligations that arose before closure.

Privacy and Data Processing

LVP88 processes personal data to register accounts, verify identity, secure transactions, provide gaming services, prevent fraud, meet compliance obligations, administer promotions, and respond to support enquiries. You must keep account information current. LVP88 may retain certain records after closure when needed for dispute management, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, self-exclusion enforcement, or compliance with applicable obligations.

Service Availability and Liability

LVP88 aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, telecommunications failures, supplier outages, bank downtime, device faults, internet interruptions, cyber incidents, or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LVP88 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, inability to access it, personal betting decisions, or reliance on unofficial information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

LVP88 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, payment methods, game rules, security practices, responsible gambling controls, or legal requirements.
